ATTORNEY PROFILE

Andrew Hays is the principal of the firm and a graduate of Loyola University Chicago (1997) and the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law (2005).

During law school, Mr. Hays served as a judicial intern for Judge Allan S. Goldberg, who presides over commercial matters in the Circuit Court of Cook County. Mr. Hays focusses his practice on business and estate planning, estate and trust litigation, business transactions and disputes, and issues related to the operation of various types of small businesses, including restaurants and bars. Mr. Hays currently sits on the Section council of the Illinois State Bar Association's Business Advice and Financial Planning. He is also a member of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, and the Trust and Estates divisions of both the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association
