LOAN MODIFICATION AND FORECLOSURE DEFENSE

We work with lenders to provide loan modification services to qualified homeowners who are struggling to make their monthly payments.If a homeowner is unable to make monthly payments, and has no alternative but to sell the property for less than they owe, the firm provides a variety of legal services related to assisting the homeowner in negotiating a short sale with the lender.
